INTERIOR DESIGN
At Westcot House we are now able to offer our client a complete and comprehensive design service. We are happy to take on design projects to redesign a room or an entire residence. Tor oversees all projects and takes pride in looking after each of her clients. She will take you through the process, step by step, listen to what you need and offer advice throughout, working at your pace.
Typically projects kick off with a site visit to better understand the property, your brief, style and personality. We believe that a home should not only reflect its owner but that its interiors should be sympathetic to its age and character.
When sourcing pieces for the project we will introduce you to some of our favourite suppliers of paint, fabrics, wallpaper, and trims.
We also love to source unique pieces of furniture and antiques to complement your scheme.
Where a project calls for bespoke furniture solutions, we work with highly skilled joiners and craftspeople to design and build pieces for you.
It is not unusual for projects to have a particular starting point. You may have a piece of art or furniture that is a treasured family heirloom from which you would like the design to draw inspiration. Or perhaps you have simply wanted to start from scratch, have moved to a new home and are working on a renovation or your country abode or city pied-à-terre are in need of a facelift.
